Certain makes and models of cars have recurring problems so when looking for auto parts, it can make sense to check with online car forums to see if others have had the same problem. Chances are they will have paid large amounts of money to have the car sorted out and it may save you a lot of money buying auto parts you don’t need!

If you know your way around a car engine, it is always worth trying to attempt a fix yourself first to save money. However, even if you are taking it to a garage, it can be worth purchasing the necessary auto parts first and asking them to fix it.
